Religion

At the heart of our school is our religion program.  Our religion permeates everything that we do here at St. Joseph Catholic School.  We integrate religion into the core area subjects for our students, thereby demonstrating to our students that our faith is not added onto our education, but rather, it is central in all that we do each day. Concepts learned in the primary grades are expanded for our intermediate students. Where our students were introduced to our faith, they now are called to examine our responsibilities as Catholics in relation to one another, and our world.  Our students interpret Church teachings, and act upon those teaching though our daily lives.  Additionally, our students are introduced to different types of prayer in order to help them begin to form a personal relationship with our God.
