Looking for some part-time work?
St. Joseph Catholic School is an awesome community! The students are wonderful—they are polite, fun-loving, and they come to school ready to learn. The parents, faculty, and staff are welcoming and collaborative; we help one another and we all work hard on behalf of the students.
If you would like to be part of this terrific community, the school is looking to fill three part-time positions: a Spanish teacher, an Extended Care Assistant and a School Nurse. Listed below is some information on the duties and hours for these positions.
Spanish Teacher—students at St. Joseph are introduced to the Spanish language and culture through Spanish classes. The Spanish teacher is responsible for planning appropriate lesson for our Pre-K4-8thgrade students. The days for the position are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, from 7:30-3:45pm.
Extended Care Assistant—this is a perfect job if you are retired, or if you are a student. The responsibilities of the Extended Care Assistant are to supervise different groups of students after the regular school day has ended, and to help the students with the completion of their homework. The hours for the position are 2:45-6:15pm and you could work up to 5 days during the week.
School Nurse—we are looking for someone to work in the school clinic for three days a week from 8:00-3:00. The main duties for the nurse are to take care of any medical issues with the students, and to maintain student health records for the school.
