This is a full time position that offers competitive salary, benefit package, and incentives. Our candidate is a goal oriented individual able to multitask providing continuous support to the school administrative team. G-Suite and Office 365 proficiency is required, as much as being positive, friendly and welcoming. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is preferred. St. Joseph Catholic School, a PK4 to 8 growing community, located in Marietta, GA, is seeking an immediate opening for a full-time Senior Accounting Manager. This position is a key part of the leadership team who manages the financial operations of the school. Our candidate must have experience preparing the annual budget and monthly financial statements, working with internal auditors, handling all aspects of student billing and collections, reconciling general ledger accounts on a monthly basis, and maintaining complete accounting records for audits.

The Senior Accounting Manager reports to the principal regarding all matters concerning the financial operations of the school.

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and demonstrated accounting experience is required.
