As part of the Archdiocese of Atlanta, St. Joseph Catholic School is a parish school. Through the Archdiocesan district-wide accreditation, St. Joseph Catholic School has been accredited through AdvancED. This district-wide accreditation has a dual purpose: to ensure that our school continues to provide a strong religious foundation for our students, while at the same time, offering an excellent academic education.
Our top-notch academic program is evident through our distinction as twice recognized National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence, which was conferred upon the school from the United States Department of Education. John B. King, Jr., the Secretary of Education, again recognized St. Joseph Catholic School as a National Blue Ribbon School of Excellence in 2016. The school was recognized as an “Exemplary High Performing School”, which means that our students scored within the top 15% of all schools within the nation in English and math. We are a school of EXCELLENCE! Read more about our award HERE.
