Giving
to St. Joseph Catholic School
Giving – where
do we start?
We start with our mission statement “… to
engage our school community in creating a quality education
within a Catholic environment which fosters the current
and future development of the whole child.”
Whether
a parent, grandparent, friend, faculty or staff member
our school community is called upon to “create
a quality education within a Catholic environment”.
How do we do that? First by teaching the precepts of
our Catholic faith and second by supporting the environment
required to accomplish that task. To ensure a quality
education while keeping tuition costs as low as possible
we must have additional support.
How can I support St. Joseph School?
Our community can give in many ways. Opportunities abound
for involvement in the classroom and at special events.
Just as important if not more important is the funding
needed to continue the quality education at St. Joseph
School at an affordable tuition rate.
Our tuition does not cover the full operating expenses
of the school. There are several ways in which to help
keep tuition affordable.
•
Contribute to the Capital Campaign to pay off the mortgage
on our upper building. Approximately $23,000 a month
of tuition dollars is allocated for repayment of the
loan. Paying off the Capital Campaign mortgage will free
up
budget dollars for use in expanding the staff and curriculum.

which helps cover the gap between tuition and operating
expenses. Your

teaching tools, technology, and resources for classrooms.
