ADMISSION CRITERIA
Students must be five years old on or before September 1st in order to apply for kindergarten. Applicants for 1st grade must be six years old on or before September 1st. These age requirements follow the regulations of the Archdiocesan Department of Education and the State of Georgia.

Applicants must provide the following records prior to decision-making about acceptance:
• Birth certificate
• Baptismal certificate for Catholics
• Report card from previous or present year
• Latest standardized test scores
• Discipline Record (For entrance into grades 7 and 8)
• Copy of any Educational Testing
• Copy of any Individualized Educational Plans
• Teacher recommendation sheet - to be mailed by the teacher directly to St. Joseph Catholic School
• Parent view form
• Parish verification form.
