Criteria for Acceptance

• Standardized test scores are reviewed
- 45% or better in Reading, Math and Language subtests
• Report cards reviewed
- “C” average or better
• Conduct/behavior
- “C” or satisfactory or better
• Work/study habits reviewed
- “C” or satisfactory or better
• Teacher recommendation
• Screening test administered by St. Joseph Catholic School
-Satisfactory or better
• Good involvement in local parish

Process for Admissions
• Completion of application packet
• Completion of St. Joseph Catholic School screening
• Letter informing you of your child’s admission status

Preference of Students
• Siblings who meet criteria
• St. Joseph Parish families who meet criteira
• Catholic families who meet criteria
• Non-Catholic families who meet criteria

Process for Acceptance
• Upon receipt of acceptance, the following items will be required:
- $500 Deposit fee per family (This fee will be applied toward your tuition bill.)
- $100 Acceptance fee per child
- Completed acceptance packet paperwork
- Certificate of Immunization Form 3231 must be up-to-date. For the protection of all students and employees the Archdiocese of Atlanta requires all students to be immunized
- Completed Archdiocesan Student Health Report
